Insurance, guarantees and accreditations

Insurance cover

• Public Liability: £2,000,000 — covers any third-party property damage or injury during work on your home.
• Employer's Liability: £10,000,000 — required for our employed operatives and labour-only sub-contractors.
• Both certificates available on request before any work begins.

Workmanship guarantee

Every pebbledash removal and re-rendering job carries a written workmanship guarantee covering the removal, substrate prep and reinstatement we carry out. Manufacturer warranties on silicone and monocouche render systems sit on top of that — typically 15–25 years depending on the system and applicator certification.

Waste carrier licence

We are a registered upper-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency. Pebbledash, render debris, broken brick and packaging are all removed under a waste transfer note and disposed of at licensed facilities. A copy of the licence and disposal receipts are available on request.

Health & safety

Risk assessments and method statements are prepared for every domestic job. Scaffold is erected by an independently-certified scaffolder with their own PI cover. Operatives carry CSCS cards.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any element of the work, write to us at the email or postal address on the contact page. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 14. If we can't resolve directly, the dispute goes through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
